Custom made dual voltage ac/dc immersion heater, that only have 1 immersion port in their hot water
calorifier / cylinder.
it has the standard uk 2-1/4″ bsp flange which is 65mm on the male thread,
240v X 1kw AC, and 2 x 300w (600w) DC stainless steel elements, it also has 2 x sealed thermostat sensor tubes and requires external thermostats unless your using dump load.
it is essential that you provide an earth clamp to the cylinder or direct pipework, 1kw is 4 amp, you may find that a 5amp fuse blows, you can now get 7.5amp domestic fuses online.
These can be made 12v DC or 24v DC please enquire before purchasing
